When it comes to weddings, this question sometimes is not always easy to answer. Not only because it’s always customized and cost variation is high, but also the market might not be very transparent. You might find yourself spending a lot of time on making appointments and long meetings just to get an estimate. And asking yourself “Why this has to be so difficult?”. Exactly! why? Planning a wedding is already a big project, Hexacres would like to make it easier and more transparent to you. We provide three services all in one package, wedding design, flowers and decorations and let’s tell you everything!
How much does wedding design cost?
We provide you detailed design plan of your entire wedding and design cost is 10% of total package. We want to be involved with all our hearts like it’s our own wedding! From small details to big picture, we want to help you design it all. We believe one hundred percent involvement brings the best result.
How much do wedding flowers cost?
Wedding flowers cost is always a mystery and it’s very likely you will get a wide range of quote from different florists. Why can’t this be more transparent? We want to be total transparent and detailed on the final product and cost. To clear up the mystery of sizing and pricing.
Mini Bud Vase Arrangement ($10-25)
Bud vases has become my favorite recently! These cuties can be used in anywhere from your cocktail tables to your center pieces. They look amazing as a mixed matching set.Thinking about a stem of rose/stock flower with delicate foliage at $16. Or a stem of premium peony or garden rose with foliage at $20
Small/Mason jar arrangement ($30+)
This cute little arrangement is perfect for hanging by the side of ceremony chairs and also adding a little bit colors to cruiser tables or bar during cocktail hour. Adding this in restroom is also a special touch and make your guests feel special.(As shown in picture, a few stems of carnations and greenery at $35)
Medium/Cocktail arrangement ($55+)
This is perfect for your cocktail arrangement and also great to use at your welcome table, card table or placeholder table. I usually suggest to pair with a small Mason jar or bud vase arrangement. Hydrangea and greenery in glass vase at $55. Premium flower (like peony/garden rose), a few spay roses and greenery at $75
Classic Reception Centerpiece ($125+)
This is perfect as a centerpiece on a round table with 360 degree design. As in picture with one premium flower, some roses and carnations in a planter vase is $125. The price can go up with more premium flowers and an update of vase.
Long/low arrangement ($150+)
This long/low arrangement is perfect for rectangular/farm table and also great for sweat heart table. If there is a beautiful fireplace in your venue, this is also great for fireplace mantel. It is also a perfect size of arrangement for your wedding arch, I usually suggest to use two of this as a set on an arch. As in picture is upgraded with multiple premium flowers is $165
Garland ($15+/ft)
This is an arrangement perfect for rectangular table, sweetheart table, fireplace mantel, arch, hanging on tree branches or staircase railings. A beautiful garland is so elegant and fits everywhere. A light dense greenery garland start with $15 per foot. In the picture a greenery garland with roses/hydrangea about one rose/ft is upgraded version at $20/ft.
Bridal bouquet ($150+)
Bridal bouquet is one of the most important detail in a wedding and uses the most beautiful flowers. You can go with round classic shape, asymmetric organic style or we can be creative! In the picture, it’s a mix of classic and organic combination, with some beautiful garden roses is $250
Boutonnieres ($20)
This can be simple or adding a little bit more colors. A single stem of rose and delicate foliage in picture is $20.
Bridal Party Bouquet/Tossing bouquet ($65+)
Bridal party “bouquet” can be very creative, I usually suggest special designs like in picture. Curly willow wreath added in beautiful eucalyptus foliage, roses and carnations is at $65 each.
Arch Flowers ($125+)
Depending on what kind of arch you like, there are many options to decorate it. We can use a set of arrangements like in the picture, a combination of three long/low arrangements. Each arrangement made with rose and daisies is price at $125. It’s also beautiful to decorate it with garland, like in picture below. A green garland wrapped around curly willow arch with big bloom hydrangea (about one/ft) is priced at $25/ft. This arch used about 25ft garland.
Aisle Flowers ($20+)
Adding aisle flowers can take your ceremony to next level. Even a small bunch of greenery bouquet tied with chiffon is gorgeous, just like the one in the picture at $25/piece. You can also make it even more special by adding flowers or hanging a small mason jar arrangement as an upgrade.
How much do wedding decorations cost?
Do you need decorations to bright up your wedding? We also help you on wedding decorations with designing, sourcing and setting up. We would like to do it all in one package, to design from big picture to small details. No more hustle and bustle dealing with different florist, decorator and designer. All decorations we will find you the best product at best price!
Other fees?
Other than all flowers and decorations, we charge 10% off total package for delivery/set up. If you would like us to come back and take down everything, same amount applies.
